Resources to enhance your mental wellbeing

    Affirmations are a great tool to help you towards a positive mindset and relationship with yourself.

    Here are some ideas how you can incorporate your affirmation cards into your everyday life to make the most of them:

    * Consciously chose one affirmation for the day; Chose a card that represents something you would like to work on or feel like you need a little extra support with.

    Display the affirmation somewhere you can see it frequently throughout the day if possible.

    * Turn your affirmation cards face down, spread them out and let your left hand hover over the cards; chose a card that your hand feels drawn to (there might be a pulling sensation or warmth travelling up your arm)

    * Open your pack of cards randomly and chose the first card that you hold in your hand

    * Free-flow journal around your affirmation – write down everything that comes to mind when you read it

    * Journal on your affirmation on how you want to work on/ establish or reinforce it

    * Repeat your affirmation loudly with intention (say it like you mean it).
