I am here to help you create lasting change. In my 1 on 1 coaching sessions, based in Nelson or online across New Zealand, the focus is on you and your journey towards lasting mental wellbeing.

I will guide you to uncover underlying thought patterns, old habits and limiting beliefs that hold you back from living your life with joy, purpose and unapologetic personal self - expression.

Coaching is not just about problem solving, it is about aligning your mindset, your subconscious beliefs and behavior, to create lasting change. The tools and techniques you’ll learn will support you to move through life with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

1:1 sessions are an investment of NZ$125 for 60min, package options are available below

  • I provide a non-judgmental totally safe space, where all of you is welcomed. You get to set the pace at which we explore the challenges you are facing.

  • I will help you uncover the root cause of your obstacles to facilitate breakthrough moments and deep understanding. This means together we can create change that lasts and resonates on a deeper level.

  • I will provide you with practical tools and techniques that have helped many others.

  • Every coaching session is personalized to your individual needs, ensuring that we will focus on the issues and goals that matter most to you at the time.

  • You will have access to limited email support between our sessions, so you can reach out with any quick questions, thoughts, or additional insights that come up between our meetings.

  • I believe in the effectiveness of coaching because of the fact that you will leave a coaching session with clarity on what you need to do next. And that is why each session includes actionable strategies that will help you make real progress toward a more balanced and empowered life.

  • You will leave our 60min. coaching session feeling lighter, with greater clarity, renewed resilience, and a clearer sense of your next steps.

1:1 Coaching Packages and Pricing

  • You can chose to book individual sessions. This option is great if you want to take things one step at a time. If you are feeling ready to commit I recommend checking out the coaching packages below - a more cost effective way to support your mental wellbeing journey

  • You save N$30

    A good amount of time to set goals for the future and make a plan how to get there

  • you save NZ$75

    5 sessions is a good amount of time to uncover root causes of the issue and start a shift.

  • You save NZ$140

    7 sessions in my experience is the magic amount of time to create a real shift and lasting change.
