Through online and in person 1:1 body image coaching, I support you to explore what lies beneath the surface using tools such as nervous system work, inner child healing, and mindset coaching.
We look at the thoughts and feelings that leave you stuck - the constant worry about your body, the guilt or fear around food, the self-criticism that never seems to stop, the tension between wanting to enjoy life and feeling like you “should” be doing it differently. These patterns are often shaped by deeper emotional and nervous system responses, not just mindset or behaviour. 1:1 Breakthrough Body Image Session
Each 60-minute session is highly focused and tailored to your unique body image journey.
I combine intuitive pattern recognition with structured nervous system and identity-based coaching tools tools to help you access the root of the struggles keeping you stuck in self-criticism, shame, or body dissatisfaction - not just the surface symptoms.
After each session, you receive personalized integration notes including key insights, breakthroughs, and clear next steps to anchor the work into your daily life and your evolving relationship with your body.
Investment: $195 per session
Packages, offered at a discounted rate, will be presented after our first session, giving you the space to choose what feels best for you.
