I am here to help you create lasting change. In my 1 on 1 coaching sessions, based in Nelson or online across New Zealand, the focus is on you and your journey towards lasting mental wellbeing.
I will guide you to uncover underlying thought patterns, old habits and limiting beliefs that hold you back from living your life with joy, purpose and unapologetic personal self - expression.

Mental Wellbeing Coaching In person or online
All coaching sessions can either be in person at my wooden garden office or at the Haven Health Collective in Nelson New Zealand or online via videolink.
Group Coaching venues vary
