for the woman who is exhausted from the constant messaging around Skinny is back and yearning to feel more connected with herself

You might feel at home here if...

✓ You’re exhausted by how much mental space your body, food, or appearance takes up.

✓ You find yourself comparing, criticising, checking, or judging your body more often than you’d like.

✓You feel overwhelmed by the current trend that clearly shows “skinny is back” (and it might even make you feel like a failure).

✓ You’re longing for a different relationship with your body, food and movement.

✓ You’re longing to connect with other women experiencing similar emotions, thoughts and feelings.

✓ You enjoy retreat environments including meditation, journaling, self enquiry and open exchange (optional).

This might not be your cup of tea if…

✕ You’re looking for a webinar style experience.

✕ Your main focus is weight loss or changing your appearance.

✕ ou’re uncomfortable with moments of reflection, connection, or optional sharing with others.

✕ You prefer a purely social gathering without moments of introspection or stillness.

A small, intentional space created for women ready to reconnect with themselves

-Because the right room matters

Here’s how it works:

1 - Reserve your seat

Share your details to express your interest in joining this intimate experience.

2 - Receive your confirmation + next steps

Because this is an intimate experience, each reservation is personally reviewed. Once your place is confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need to prepare.

3 - Experience the retreat

Join a carefully held space with women who understand what it’s like to feel disconnected from their bodies and who are ready to explore a different way forward.

4 - Reflect after the retreat

Afterwards, we’ll reconnect to reflect on your experience, share your thoughts, and honour what you’re taking away from the day.

When is the Body Peace Retreat

1

11 August
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (EDT) - but I will run these retreats regularly, so even if you can't make this one, register and I will add you to the next one.

Is this a virtual retreat

Yes! I want it to be accessible for women from all around the world, so we’ll meet online. But don’t worry it will still feel like a retreat and I will send you a few inspirations to make the space you call in from, work with the retreat feel even more.

2

What is the cost?

This is a FREE event.

I am passionate about my work and would love for you to experience the energy and support I bring into my 1:1 coaching.

3

Will there be a pitch at the end?

4

No, I promise there will not be a pitch! This retreat is not a sales event. There will be no invitation to purchase anything during our time together. If after the event you want to know more on how I can support you we can chat about options.

How many women will be there and can anyone join?

5

I believe in the power of a small, curated room. The maximum attendee number will be 25 women but more likely it will be a little less. And no, not anyone can join, only those women that fit the brief and are ready to contribute to the event in a meaningful way. That way all participants can feel safe, and hopefully open enough to share a part of their journey with each other.

What if I can’t attend live?

6

This retreat is intentionally designed as a live experience because the value comes from being together in the moment, creating space to reflect, connect, and be present with other women.

If you feel deeply drawn to this experience but the timing makes it difficult, you are still welcome to apply. Share your circumstances in the application, and we can explore what options might be possible.

Meet you’re retreat facilitator Marisa

Hey you, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a qualified, accredited coach helping women around the world heal their relationship with their body, food and exercise.

This retreat is dear to my heart as I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck in a cycle of body hate, food anxiety and guilt and the pressure to “fit in”.

I cannot wait to share this retreat moment with you. Even if it is just 2 hours, I know our time together will be magical and exactly what we all need right now.

For years, I hated my body. I wasted time, energy, and my youth chasing a version of myself I could never quite attain. I know what it feels like to feel stuck, frustrated, and not “good enough” in your own skin.

Today, I accept — and sometimes even love — my body. I love food, movement, and life itself. And I know that all of this is possible for you too.

Curious about my story? You can read more about my journey here.

Maybe you're tired of playing along?

The Body Peace Retreat is an invitation to step outside the noise long enough to hear yourself again.

Not sure if this really what you need? Don’t overthink it and apply, and I will guide you either way in the next step of the process.
